Clauses, guarantees, insurance and the consistency of the services are examined.
Reliability score
A 0–100 indicator summarises the level of risk; the full report is sent by e-mail and can be downloaded from your personal account.

Co-founder · Corporate Strategy and Risk
Systems engineer, company director and corporate strategy adviser with more than 30 years of international experience spanning auditing, restructuring, business development and risk analysis, with extensive exposure to construction, building and real estate. He initiated the ECV project to bring transparency and preventive risk intelligence to the European construction market.
Renaud Piron
Co-founder · Legal, Construction and Data Protection
Experienced lawyer specialising in real estate, construction law, building-defect disputes and insurance litigation. Within ECV he contributes specialist knowledge of construction liability, legal guarantees, insurance and judicial expertise, and oversees GDPR and European regulatory compliance.
Christian Vicente
Co-founder · Technology, Digital Transformation and Cybersecurity
Senior IT Project Manager and technology architect with more than 30 years in IT: software, databases, critical infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, AI and large-scale transformation for public institutions, banks and insurers. Responsible for ECV's technology strategy, architecture and infrastructure governance.
